Student registration fee

The reduced student registration fee is available exclusively to undergraduate students (Bachelor's degree students).

Free for participants

All registered participants receive a complimentary Technical Tour and Cultural Programme.

  • For international participants, payment will be automatically processed in USD.
  • The early-bird registration deadline is the final one — no further extensions will be granted.
Important Notes
  • A registration confirmation letter will be sent to your email once registration is completed with full payment.
  • Registration won't be completed until full payment of the registration fee is made.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund deadlines will be announced together with the registration fee schedule.

  • To cancel your registration, please send a written notice by email to info@2027winglobal.org.
  • We can accept a replacement delegate if you are no longer able to attend.
  • All refunds will be processed via transfer after the conference. Registrants are responsible for any bank charges related to the refund.
